My qualification as an infant feeding coach enables me to provide support for antenatal feeding education and preparation, covering topics such as positioning, attachment, effective milk transfer, bottle feeding, hand expressing and common feeding issues. I’m not a lactation consultant or medical professional and will refer you on to the appropriate person/service if needed. If a question is outside of my scope of practice and requires specialist knowledge, I will advise where you can seek out the appropriately qualified person/service to answer your question.

It is important to speak to your midwife if you have any concerns about your pregnancy or any advice given to you during my webinars.

If your pregnancy is high risk then please discuss all advice or decisions with your midwife before acting on them. It is important to do this as your midwife knows your medical history and details surrounding your pregnancy that I may not.

If your baby is born prematurely, or is born with any medical conditions, complications, illnesses or diseases, some of the advice given during the webinar may no longer apply, and a midwife/lactation specialist will be able to support with these changes.

If any complications arise or risks increase during your pregnancy but after the webinar, advice may now differ from what was taught during the class. Please ensure you speak with your midwife to make sure advice is adjusted in relation to the new risks/complications. I am not liable for any advice given that no longer applies due to changes in your pregnancy that take place after the class.

I provide feeding education and support with common feeding problems. I am not able to help with medical issues, whether they are related to your pregnancy or not. I will always refer you onto specialist help if you require it and will not offer advice that is out of my scope of practice. If you do not disclose all relevant medical conditions or health risks in the introduction form that you complete before the webinar, I am not liable for any medical issues, complications, illnesses or increased health risks that develop after the webinar.

I will always advise you to speak to your midwife, GP, a lactation consultant or other specialist when I think it is necessary. If you choose not to consult them and go against my advice, I am not liable for any medical issues, complications, illnesses or increased health risks that follow because of this.

All services require a mutual agreement between the customer and Nurture with Lydia regarding a time, date and video platform for the webinar, which will be advertised and confirmed via email. If you cancel within 72 hours of the agreed time and date or do not turn up to the webinar, you will not be issued a refund. You will still be sent the on-demand recording of the live webinar.

Webinar tickets can be refunded within 24 hours of purchasing. After this no refunds are accepted. If you would like to transfer your paid place to someone else, you can do so if it is more than 72 hours before the class takes place and if the person you have transferred your paid place to completes the form 24 hours before the live webinar takes place.

If I cancel our the webinar within 48 hours you will receive a full refund.

If I have to reschedule the webinar less than 48 hours before the webinar is supposed to take place you will be given the option to attend the rescheduled date or receive a full refund.

Shortly after you purchase this service, I will email you to confirm your place and provide an introduction form for you to complete. All webinar attendees must complete the introduction form and return to me no later than the day before the webinar is supposed to take place. I will send you at least two email reminders and one telephone call to complete the introduction form ahead of the webinar. If you do not complete the induction form then I reserve the right to not allow you to attend the webinar. I will only send video call details to those who have completed the introduction form. If you have purchased a ticket to a webinar but do not complete the introduction form then you will not be able to join the webinar and you will not receive a refund. If you do not respond to my emails or answer/return my telephone call,

The introduction form must be completed to my satisfaction and I reserve the right to ask you to add more detail, answer further questions via email or re-submit the entire form. If I have to ask you to provide further details or re-submit the entire form, this may delay the class date, so I advise my clients to complete the introduction form in as much detail as possible and to the best of their ability. If you have not completed the introduction form to my satisfaction then I reserve the right to reschedule your class to a later date to give you more time to provide me with additional details or re-submit the entire form. The class can be rescheduled two times but if the class if full you may be unable to book onto the desired date. If you have still not completed the introduction form to my satisfaction after the second rescheduled appointment then I reserve the right to cancel your appointment. You will not receive a refund.

If I experience technical difficulties that result in the class being abandoned, I will reschedule the webinar. You will be entitled to receive a full refund if you cannot or choose not to attend the rescheduled class. I provide feeding education and support with common feeding problems. I am not able to help with medical issues, whether they are related to your pregnancy/baby/birth or not. I will always refer you onto specialist help if you require it and will not offer advice that is out of my scope of practice. If you do not disclose all relevant medical conditions or health risks in the introduction form that you complete before our session, I am not liable for any medical issues, complications, illnesses or increased health risks that follow as a result of this.

I will always advise you to speak to your health visitor, GP a lactation consultant or other specialist when I think it is necessary. If you choose not to consult them and go against my advice, I am not liable for any medical issues, complications, illnesses or increased health risks that follow because of this.

Upon purchasing the Email Feeding Support service, you will be asked to select a start date for when you’d like the two weeks of support to begin. Once you have purchased the service, I will email you to confirm the start date with you and send you an introduction form to complete ahead of the start date. If you do not complete the form before the start date, the start date will be delayed until I receive a completed introduction form from you, but the agreed end date will not change and the two weeks will be reduced with each day you do not return the completed introduction form. You will be sent at least two reminders to complete the introduction form ahead of the start date. I advise all of my clients complete the introduction form as far in advance of the start date as possible.

If you select a start date that is very close to the purchase date, I will email you and confirm that the two weeks of support can begin as soon as I receive the completed introduction form. It is then your responsibility to return the introduction form quickly to ensure the two weeks of support can begin on the desired start date.

The introduction form must be completed to my satisfaction and I reserve the right to ask you to add more detail, answer further questions via email or re-submit the entire form. This may delay the start date, so I advise my clients to complete the introduction form in as much detail as possible and to the best of their ability.

For the duration of the two weeks of support I will respond to all emails within 24 hours. If you send more than one email before I have replied, I will reply once to both/all emails received from you.

Verbal abuse will not be tolerated. If you are verbally abusive towards me I reserve the right to terminate the two weeks of support effective immediately. You will not receive a refund.

All services require a mutual agreement between the customer and Nurture with Lydia regarding a time, date and choice of communication (telephone, zoom or in person) for the appointment, which will be agreed via email. If you cancel within 72 hours of the agreed time and date or do not respond to my initial email within two weeks, you will not be able to reschedule. If you would like to book a new email support service you will need to purchase a new one. If you need to reschedule the start date of your email support, you can do so if it is more than 72 hours before your original start date.

All services can be refunded within 24 hours of purchasing. After this no refunds are accepted. If you would like to reschedule for a later date or transfer your paid place into a gift voucher for someone else, you can do so if it is more than 72 hours before the email support start date.

If I cancel the two week support within 24 hours before the support is supposed to start, you will be given the options to reschedule or receive a full refund.

If I have to reschedule our session more than 24 hours before the session is supposed to take place you will be given the option to reschedule or exchange the session for a gift voucher for someone else. You will not be offered a refund.

If I have to terminate the two week support early in the first week, you will be offered a full refund and the option to reschedule the remaining days.

If I have to terminate the two week support early in the second week, you will be offered a refund of 50% of the purchased price and the option to reschedule the remaining days.
